Team Transformations

The Team Transformations program increases both your knowledge and skills working with teams and the Enneagram through theory, practice and first-hand team experiences.

You’ll learn about the importance of and skills involved in helping clients distinguish whether they are a group or a team and then, if they are a team, how they can become more aligned, attuned and then accelerate into high performance. In addition, you’ll learn (1) the power of and versatility in using team maps, the Enneagram symbol reflecting team members’ types, (2) how to create excellent and flexible team leaders, and (3) the Process Enneagram based on the work of Richard Knowles. His work with organizations provides a unique way of using the Enneagram symbol.

You’ll also be working on a variety of teams on different projects teams throughout the program This is an essential and vibrant part of the program. Real people, real teams in real time! We’ll also be working with case studies of real teams to help you learn more about contracting with clients and developing a program for your clients that is practical, doable and high-impact. This program will shift and expand your perspective on teams, increase your skills working as a team trainer or consultant, and heighten your competence and confidence in doing this important work.
